Hoosiers defend better in loss to Wisconsin

The Hoosiers, playing again without James Blackmon Jr., lost to the Badgers 65 – 60. Considering the Hoosiers haven’t won in Madison since 1998, it isn’t surprising really.  What was surprising, was the effort given by the Hoosiers on the defensive end of the floor. The effort and aggressiveness on defense most of the game was a welcomed sight.  They unfortunately couldn’t get enough stops down the stretch and much of that can be credited to the experience of the Badgers.
